The Indiana Recruiting Guide is a basketball scouting service that provides player evaluations, game reports, prospect rankings, recruiting news and rumors. Our goal is to provide readers with the most up-to-date and factual information pertaining to Indiana basketball.
My name is Brandon Ramsey and I am the Owner and Head Scout of the Indiana Recruiting Guide. I started out writing a recruiting blog in the winter of 2009, and began getting more serious with it in the winter of 2010. During the summer of 2011 our popularity grew, so in preparation for the 2011/2012 basketball season I decided to move the company to the world wide web. The goal of IRG is to become the leading source of recruiting news and information on prospects of any age and ability level in the basketball crazed state of Indiana.
I am currently a Junior at Hanover College, a Division III school in Hanover, Indiana. I am an Economics Major, Political Science Minor, and a member of the Business Scholars Program. Also, I am a member of the tennis team. In high school, I served as the Head Statistician for the basketball team at Centerville High School (Centerville, Indiana) for 10 years, beginning in the 2nd grade. My goal is to use the connections that I have formed, and continue to form with college basketball coaches, and land a graduate assistant job when I go on to graduate school. I hope to one day become a head coach at the college level.
